It's just a fake. My mother really hates it when I draw on myself or write reminders on my hand but mother! Shouldn't you just be grateful that it's not a real one?
My roommate Allison drew this. I think it's fierce. I'm thinking next we'll do a whole sleeve when school gets out for the holidays... haha... maybe ;D
