Rejected Water Pokemon

This is really weird but I am being stalked by multi-eyed sea shells... or rejected water pokemon ideas. I found the first one (the one with the mouth and eye brows) last week on the hood of my car. Then I found the second one today in the basket of my bike. I don't know where they keep coming from but I find it hilarious.

From the way they look at each other, I feel like they know each other
